People enquire if leaving Grooming Dept as a soap vendor - answer is NO - even after selling these I will have 2 of each base remaining.  GD IS and REMAINS my primary provider of soap with one tub of Wholly Kaw Bare Siero being the sole other soap (used sparingly as a switch up).  There is no better soap I have encountered to date than these soaps.

Today I am looking to thin out some of my forever brushes.  They have been sitting in their boxes unused for years now and it is time for them to find a better home.

The Paladins are from the initial offering and each is 1 of 6 in their pattern.

All prices include shipping + insurance for the CONUS via the USPS.  Shipping outside of the country will be considered if the buyer pays the increased cost.

Paladin PK47 - Butterscotch Marble - $180  Pending

Loft: 50.3 mm
Width: 27.1 mm

First up is the earliest example I have and it is from the second batch of Paladin brushes, a Butterscotch PK47 with Blonde Badger from Lee Sabini.  This hair is something else entirely.  Supportive yet very soft.  It does a fantastic job with generating luxurious lather.  It has a slight glue bump which contributes to the lovely, controlled feel.

Next up is a brush from the first batch of Paladin KC/London brushes.  The famous Blonde Badger is in its best form here.  This one does not have a noticeable glue bump, so the hair is a little softer overall with more splay.  I prefer a very soft brush and this hits that mark quite well.

Rooney 2xl Heritage - Jade - $300

Finally today brings the highly praised Heritage "gel tip" 2xl originally sold by Vintage Blades.  I bought this for $350 a few years ago and I believe I have only used it twice and is not even broken in yet.  This brush absolutely deserves to give somebody the shave of their dreams, which means that it is time to let it go.  I can't find any negatives in the the handle, the pattern, the hair, or the lather generation and release.  This is a grail brush through and through!

I absolutely love the aluminum Lupo so I took a chance on the stainless version as well. I like the aluminum version better.

Included will be a once used stainless DLC Lupo with standard included handle plus a stainless steel DLC Halo handle.
I am asking $110 shipped for the Lupo and extra handle.


The open comb RazoRock Game Changer 84OC was purchased directly from IB and I have used it twice. It’s in like new condition. It will come with the leather case but not the paper box. This was not a “seconds” handle but was purchased as a complete razor. New these are $64.99.

1. UFO Titan Fine shave handle with certificate and tube. 85mm/58gr. I don't think these are made anymore. $250.00


2. Asylum RX brushed stainless. Box included. Retail price is $230. It is $230.00


3. Paradigm Titanium II polished. Box included. Retail price is $395.00 It is $395.00


4. Barbasol Floating Head. A very nice shave from the 1930's. The razor has been replated some time ago and never used. One of the nicest you will ever come across. $110.00 SOLD


5. Gillette Toggle. Gold without box. I have had this razor about 8 years and shaved very infrequently with it. Did not want to wear it out. Excellent condition. $235.00


6. Timeless Open Comb, Scalloped Closed Comb (68) and Cap. The retail price is $80 for the cap, $110 for the scalloped closed comb and $100 for the Open Comb. The handle is a very unique Elite Razor done in Gray Bakelite. $300. At this price the handle is $10, normally $60. Used 3 or 4 times.
